Places are currently closed; we’ll let you know when they open. Planned · your own pace ### AX Academy An online campus with modules on listings, PPC, inventory, branding and real Amazon operations. - Recorded lessons - Real cases from the group - Templates and tools Planned · 12 weeks ### Group coaching Cohorts of 8 to 12 sellers, with weekly live sessions over 12 weeks alongside operators from the group. - Cohorts of 8 to 12 sellers - Weekly live sessions - 12 weeks - Private community Planned · one to one ### 1:1 mentoring One-to-one mentoring with an operator from the group assigned to your case, with sessions every two weeks and a 90-day plan, focused on your account, your catalogue and what is really holding you back. - Assigned mentor - Sessions every two weeks - 90-day plan - Work on your own account Planned · 2 days ### In-person workshops Two-day workshops in Preixens (Lleida), Spain, in groups of up to 6 sellers, working on your account at the table with operators and cases from the group. - Preixens (Lleida), Spain - Groups of up to 6 sellers - Real cases from the group - 2 intensive days ## Why this is not *another Instagram course* We are not an academy that invented training as a product. We are an operating group that is going to teach how it works. What you will learn is what we apply every day. ### Active operators The mentors will not be professional coaches but people who run real Amazon accounts inside the group. ### Cases from the group itself The material will be real cases: mistakes, BSR, margin decisions and auditable data. No packaged theory. ### Small cohorts No more than 12 sellers per cohort, so there is individual attention and hands-on discussion, not lectures. ### No gurus, no hype We don’t sell dreams or “financial freedom”. We sell a method, data and an honest way of operating. ### Access to the group As a student you will have a direct line to the group’s services: Prep Center, Design, Agency, Website and Service Hub. ### Waiting list We will open places when the programme is ready. If you join the waiting list, we’ll let you know as soon as they open. ## From theory to *selling on Amazon* This is how it will work once places open. Each step will end with specific tasks, reviewable KPIs and direct work on your account. 01 ### Waiting list You join the list and we let you know as soon as places open. Places closed 02 ### Diagnosis A 30-minute call to review your account, your catalogue and your goals, and see which format fits. 30 min 03 ### Fundamentals Core modules: listing SEO, A+ Content, inventory, margins and day-to-day work in Seller Central. Core modules 04 ### Application You apply what you learn to your account, with a weekly review of what works, what doesn’t and what to iterate. On your account 05 ### Scaling Advanced modules: PPC, multiple marketplaces, branding and logistics operations, with the group’s services where it fits. PPC · multiple marketplaces 06 ### Ongoing support Support after the programme: a private community and monthly sessions.
