## Selling in Europe from the UK or the US?

Your stock is held inside the EU. We receive it, prep it and send it to Amazon fulfilment centres in Spain and in other European countries, or straight to your customers. You deal with us in English and follow everything in warehouse software that is in English too.

Imports and customs are handled through our partner, so you don’t have to set them up on your own. You stay in full control of your business and your Amazon account, and you need the same tax registrations as any seller selling in Europe.

### Conditions

- No volume commitment, no lock-in.
- No minimum units per shipment and no minimum order.
- **Sign-up: an initial payment of €500.** €200 is the sign-up fee and €300 stays as credit on your account, used up by the services you order.
- **New SKU set-up: €13.50 per SKU**, charged once. It covers Cubiscan measuring and registering the product in our system. It is not charged again on later inbound shipments unless the dimensions or packaging change.
- **Storage:** a minimum of 1 m³ per month is billed (€15/month) even if you use less than 1 m³.

A prep center is a warehouse that receives a seller’s goods, checks them, labels and packs them to Amazon’s requirements, and ships them to Amazon’s fulfilment centres, so the seller doesn’t have to.

### 02Can I use ax Prep Center if my business is based in the UK or the US?+

Yes. We work with sellers from the UK, the US and the rest of the EU who sell in Europe. Your stock is held inside the EU, we deal with you in English, and the warehouse software is in English.

### 03Do you ship to Amazon fulfilment centres outside Spain?+

Yes. We prepare and send shipments to Amazon fulfilment centres in Spain and in other European countries.

### 04Who handles imports and customs?+

Imports and customs clearance are handled through our partner. You stay in full control of your business and your Amazon account. For tax registrations, you need the same as any seller selling in Europe; if you are unsure what applies to you, ask your tax adviser.

### 06What is the difference between a prep center, a 3PL warehouse and fulfilment?+

A prep center gets stock ready for Amazon. A 3PL is a logistics provider that also stores and manages your stock. Fulfilment means picking, packing and shipping each order to your online shop’s end customer. At ax Prep Center we do all three from the same inventory.

### 07Is there a minimum number of units or a lock-in period?+

There is no minimum number of units per shipment, no minimum order and no lock-in. The sign-up and storage terms are listed next to the calculator on this page.

### 08How much does a prep center cost?+

It depends on your products and the services you need. The calculator on this page shows what it costs to receive, prep and ship your stock, and your cost per unit.

### 09Do you work with Amazon FBM, Shopify and TikTok Shop?+

Yes. As well as Amazon FBA, we fulfil FBM orders and orders from Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop shops, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces. We also work with Amazon Vendor Central.

### 10Do you import goods from China?+

Yes. We handle door-to-door imports: inspection at origin, cargo consolidation and customs. Your goods arrive at our warehouse ready to prep.

### 11Which products do you accept?+

Almost any product, including dangerous goods (hazmat), liquids and fragile items. The only thing we don’t accept is food for human consumption.
