The calendar for booking a call uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent fake bookings. It only loads when the User chooses a time: at that point the browser connects to Google and reCAPTCHA stores the rc::a and rc::c data in the table, in the browser’s storage.

We do not currently use advertising or functionality cookies; if we add them, we will update this table. The User can change their choice at any time with the ‘Cookie settings’ link in the footer of every page, which opens the banner again.

## IV. Accepting, rejecting and configuring cookies

On the first visit to the Website, the User is shown an information notice (banner) about the use of cookies. Through this notice, the User can:

- Accept all cookies, allowing them to be installed and used for all the purposes described.
- Reject all cookies that are not strictly necessary, keeping only the technical cookies essential for the Website to work.
- Customise cookies, choosing which types to accept or reject.

While the User has not accepted analytics cookies, HubSpot records the page visited without installing cookies and without identifying the User, and Google Analytics receives no data.

The User can withdraw the consent given or change their preferences at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. If the User withdraws consent, analytics cookies stop being used and are deleted from their browser.

Besides HubSpot, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4), Google (booking calendar reCAPTCHA) and Cloudflare, Inc. (Website security, on behalf of HubSpot) are also involved.

The data collected by these cookies is processed in accordance with each provider’s privacy policy. The User can consult those policies on the providers’ websites.
