The ax Prep Center calculator runs in your browser. What you type into it is not sent anywhere unless you send it through the form or on WhatsApp, and the PDF quote is generated in your own browser.
When ax Prep Center prepares and ships orders for its clients, it processes the data of each client’s buyers on behalf of that client, under the service contract. That processing is outside the scope of this policy.
On our forms, the fields marked with an asterisk are required: first name, last name, company or brand, email address and message. Your phone number and ‘How did you hear about us?’ are optional, and so is the news box: if you do not tick it, we will not send you news or offers. To book a call we ask for your first name, last name and email address. Without the required data we cannot reply to you or confirm your booking. You have no legal or contractual obligation to provide it.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
HubSpot account data is hosted in the European Union, but some providers are US companies that may process data there. HubSpot, Inc., Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023).
